This morning, President Trump called for Republicans to take control and stop the “witch hunt” via twitter regarding the Russia investigations.
Even though Trump defenders frequently blame the dossier for the investigations hovering over the White House, recent reports suggest that former Trump aide George Papadopoulos set events in motion by going on a drunken monologue about Russian blackmail on Hillary Clinton.
Former Congressman Joe Walsh tweeted “Well Mr President, if there was no collusion you got nothing to worry about. So quit tweeting about the investigation and do your job.”
Trump tweets out again this morning: “There was no collusion. Republicans, stop the witch hunt.”
